Our Story
Iris Clinic originated when Steph and Nadia collaborated during a joint project in 2020.
As time progressed, it became evident that there was an overwhelming need within the performing arts industry for their brand of work and intervention—one that extended far beyond the scope of their initial project. Thus, it became their shared passion to establish a sanctuary where performers who battle with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image concerns, low self-esteem, and diminished self-worth can once again thrive.
Both Steph & Nadia are performers who have lived out their dreams in shows and companies that were on their 'bucket lists.' Both come to this work with lived experiences, personal learning and growth and a passion for supporting the future generation of performers and hopefully making the industry a happier, more nurturing place.
In 2025, the Iris Clinic team expanded (due to the ongoing demand of such specialised support) with the addition of the wonderful Zoë to the team of coaches.
