This course is for you..

This is a performer specific, self-paced programme to help you take the first steps in recovery from disordered eating. A guided support space for performers early in recovery or waiting for 1:1 support. This isn’t a programme where you need to ‘fix’ yourself. It’s a private space to understand what’s been supporting you- and what it’s costing you. Performers are uniquely vulnerable to disordered eating and sometimes we get confused and lost between discipline vs. disorder in high-performance environments. This is for the performer who says “I’m functioning fine” when really they are suffering but don't quite feel ready to leap into recovery yet. The programme consists of six different modules of self-discovery journalling, knowledge and information, resources, restorative movement practices and meditations/coaching visualisations which you can do at your own pace.
