This course is for you..

This is a performer-specific, self-paced programme designed to help you take your first, honest steps toward recovery from disordered eating. A guided support space for performers who are at the beginning of their recovery journey—or waiting for 1:1 support—but know, deep down, that something needs to shift. This is not a space where you come to “fix” yourself. This is a space where you begin to see clearly. To understand what your patterns have been doing for you… and what they’ve been quietly costing you. Because performers are uniquely vulnerable to disordered eating. In high-performance environments, the line between discipline and disorder can become blurred—until you’re no longer sure where one ends and the other begins. This space is for the performer who says, “I’m fine. I’m functioning.” …but underneath that, there’s exhaustion, anxiety, or a quiet sense of being stuck. You might not feel ready to fully leap into recovery yet. That’s okay. This is where you start.
